Security

Last updated: 21 June 2026

Security is core to a trading platform. This page summarises the practices we use to protect the platform, its infrastructure, and your data.

Our approach

We design for determinism and least privilege: clear boundaries between components, minimal trusted surface, and defence in depth across the stack.

Infrastructure

  • Hardened, access-controlled hosting with network segmentation.
  • Encryption in transit (TLS) and encryption at rest for stored data.
  • Isolation between control-plane services and the latency-critical path.

Access control

  • Invite-only access with authenticated accounts.
  • Role-based access and least-privilege internal permissions.
  • Audit logging of sensitive actions.

Monitoring and response

We monitor systems for anomalies and maintain processes to investigate and respond to potential incidents, including notifying affected users where required.

Responsible disclosure

If you believe you have found a security vulnerability, please report it to hello@hftplatform.com. We appreciate coordinated disclosure and will work with you to validate and address valid reports.
