Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HFTPlatform will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or trading losses arising from your use of the platform.

Changes

We may modify the platform or these terms. Material changes to these terms will be reflected by updating the date above. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which HFTPlatform operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
